CANCELLED
Having been told by HSU that this course was sold out last December, it seems that only FIVE places were actually booked. Delegates were unable to book via Eventbrite (as it showed as ‘sold out’). HSU have therefore cancelled the course. I have booked non-refundable accommodation and cancelled clinical time to run this (with Belinda), so you can imagine my interest in finding out how this error occurred.
VP Needling and LA Update
This CPD day is open to HCPC-registered Podiatrists who hold a current POM-A annotation. It is not a competency-based training day because Verrucae Needling is not considered to be an extended scope of practice. Pre-reading documents, copies of the presentation and videos will be sent (via Google Drive), one week before the event. Certificates of attendance will be issued after the event. It will be live-streamed so you can either attend in person or online via Zoom. It will not be recorded.

- Aetiology and manifestation of HPV associated warts/verrucae
- Verrucae management and the evidence base
- Local anaesthesia (update) – anatomy, theory, techniques, demo and videos
- Verrucae Needling – theory and videos
